Montana Fiberglass is growing and we are looking to train motivated individuals to join our fiberglass production team. Seeking positive, energetic individuals with initiative to help cultivate a trade that utilizes one of the most widely used materials in the country. Fiberglass products are built all over the world; learning fiberglass methods can create career opportunities anywhere on the globe.
Wage is $17 per hour or higher depending on experience, plus quick advancement potential. The more positions you become proficient at, the higher the wage.
Schedule is Monday-Thursday 7AM-5:30PM, (temporary busy-season overtime schedule possible in summer). No weekends. We are hiring for both Stock Tank and Cistern departments.
Work involves applying resin and fiberglass layers over molds, separating products from molds, and finish work; other tasks include cleaning and maintaining work area and equipment. Must be able to be on feet throughout work shift.
40+ hours per week. Experience not required, but a plus (wage is DOE).
Skills/Positions to fill (some overlap/cross-training likely):
Laminator/roller
Pressure-feed roller operator
Hand lay-up person
Chopper gun operator
Gel-coat gun operator
Spray-foam/insulation gun operator
Tank popper & trimmer (removes parts from molds and finishes)
